怎麼運作
可自行組合湯、麵、醬與配料並存成菜單。商店說明能調香氣、鮮味與外觀來取悅嚴苛評論家。精確最佳比例官方未公布。
解鎖與開啟
- 店鋪 Lv.4 開始我的拉麵教學（v0.1.50 自舊 Lv.12 改來）。
- 在配方畫面選湯、麵、醬、配料。
- 儲存並放到菜單。
- 依評語與分數再調整。
配方訣竅
- 擔擔醬單用會有專用評語，請搭配湯底。
- v0.1.57 起切青蔥與韭菜／リーキ（譯名未確認）是不同配料。
- 濃厚湯有識別圖示（v0.1.57）。
- 評分看口感、湯溫、香氣／鮮味、出餐時間（商店）；採購畫面的鮮味／香氣也可參考。
- 世界設定「僅我的拉麵訂單」方便驗證（v0.1.57）。
比較容易拿分的碗
評論家只能在營業前邀請。備好香氣、鮮味與配料齊全的自創碗再挑戰。與頭目客人首次通關現金獎是不同機制。數值解未公布，請依評語微調。
搭配我的設計
海報、暖簾、拉麵碗可用自製 PNG；遊戲外換圖後可重載（合作僅房主）。Day1 起寬暖簾也支援，選擇畫面會把符合表面的設計置中。店面擺設見店鋪設計。
