Ramen
Combine soup ingredients, noodles and toppings. Broths include chicken, pork and beef varieties, and v0.1.57 added icons to tell the rich soup versions apart. Tantanmen arrived in the Day 1 update at Shop Lv.26. You can also register your own bowls; see My Ramen.
Gyoza
Watch the browning. Since v0.1.57, burnt gyoza can still be served for gyoza orders, but the amount of burning affects the rating.
Rice bowls
Put ramen toppings over rice to make a Chashu Rice Bowl, which customers order from Shop Lv.20. With green onion added, the game names it the Chashu and Green Onion Rice Bowl.
Beer & drinks
Pour beer with the right balance of liquid and foam. Serve water one glass at a time.

Toppings mentioned in official notes
Nori, chopped green onion and chopped leek (separate since v0.1.57), Garlic Chives and Bok Choy (topping orders from Lv.26), Bonito Flakes (purchasable from Lv.25), eggs, pork belly, and Pork Loin Chashu. Spicy Miso comes in bottles. We list toppings only when they appear in patch notes.
How dishes are rated
Ramen is judged on noodle texture, soup temperature, aroma and umami, and serving time (store page). The purchasing screen shows each ingredient's umami and aroma. Customers comment on mismatched toppings, insufficient beer, beer without foam and the temperature of rice bowls.
Frequently asked questions
Can you serve burnt gyoza?
Yes, since v0.1.57, but burning lowers the dish rating.
Is fried rice in the game?
Not yet. It's planned for the roadmap's mid stage.
